EZICLAD SOLUTIONS
EAVES AND SOFFIT CLADDING
Replace timber eaves and soffits with our Capri PVC panels – Perth-based, Australia-wide supply.
The Permanent Solution for Rotting or Peeling Eaves and Soffits
Timber eaves and soffits are one of the first places an Australian home starts to show its age. Exposed to direct weather, full UV, and the moisture that collects in roof overhangs, painted timber in this position deteriorates faster than almost any other external surface. Paint peels. Boards rot. The repair cycle starts again.
Our Capri PVC eaves cladding panels replace them permanently. With a typical lifespan of 20+ years, a 10-year factory warranty, and a premium German laminate finish that never needs painting, staining, or re-treating, they are designed specifically for the kind of exposure Australian eaves face every day.

Why PVC outperforms timber on eaves and soffits
The problem with timber in this position
Eaves and soffits sit in one of the most punishing positions on a house. They catch rain splash off the roof edge, they are exposed to UV from multiple angles across the day, and they trap moisture in the still air of the roof overhang. In termite-prone regions they are often the first external timber element that subterranean termites reach from the ground up.
Painted timber in this position typically needs a full repaint every three to four years in most Australian climates. Once the paint film fails, moisture enters the board and rot follows, often well before it is visible from the ground. Replacing affected boards before repainting adds cost and time to every cycle.
Our Capri PVC panels remove that cycle entirely. They are fully waterproof, will not absorb moisture, and do not provide anything for mould to take hold on. The UV-resistant German laminate surface holds its colour without fading or chalking. Once they are up, an occasional wash is all the maintenance they will ever need.
PVC eaves panels vs fibre cement
Fibre cement sheeting is a common alternative for eaves and soffits, particularly in new builds. It is a durable product with genuine fire performance advantages in high bushfire attack level zones where non-combustible materials are required. For those specific applications it remains the appropriate choice.
For the large majority of Australian residential properties outside designated high-risk bushfire zones, PVC offers several practical advantages. Fibre cement is not fully waterproof and requires painting and periodic repainting to maintain its surface and prevent moisture ingress. Our Capri PVC panels require no painting at any point. Fibre cement is also significantly heavier, which adds handling time and labour cost on eaves jobs, particularly at height. Our Capri panels weigh just 5.2 kg per m², making them easy to manage for a single tradie on most eaves applications.
Eaves cladding for builders and contractors
For trade customers, eaves and soffit replacement is one of the most common recurring renovation jobs. Our Capri panels reduce time on site. There is no priming, no painting, and no dry time to work around. The tongue-and-groove clip system produces a clean, finished result straight off the ladder. Panels come in 5,800mm lengths, which reduces the number of end joins on standard eaves widths, and cut cleanly with standard tools. The 10-year factory warranty on peeling and cracking means less risk of callbacks. Available Colour Finishes
Golden Oak – A warm mid-brown timber look. Works across a wide range of Australian home styles and sits naturally alongside red brick, rendered walls, and dark timber features.
Light Cedar – A rich warm tone that closely replicates raw cedar. The natural choice for homeowners replacing existing cedar eaves who want to match the original look without the maintenance.
Beechwood – A lighter natural grain with warm undertones. Suits contemporary homes with lighter exteriors, grey render, and modern landscaping.
Rosewood – A deeper timber tone with fine grain detail. Suits homes where the eaves are a visible architectural feature rather than a background element.
White – A clean, bright finish. Works particularly well on white-rendered homes, Colorbond-roofed properties, and any application where a neutral, low-contrast eaves colour is preferred.
